“How You Breathe, Is How You Live”
What Does Breathwork Do?
THE BENEFITS ARE ENDLESS.
“If I had to limit my advice on healthier living to just one tip, it would be simply to learn how to breathe correctly.”
~ Andrew Weil, M.D.
Without breath, life would not exist. It is as simple as that and yet many of us take how we breathe for granted. Many people breathe in a shallow & constricted pattern, cutting off the full benefit of breath. Changing your breath can lead to a more healthful & balanced life & bring you greater peace of mind.
The tradition and knowledge of breathwork are found in all meditative practices, martial arts, and ancient Eastern philosophies. Today our Western culture is beginning to understand what Eastern thinking has known and practiced for centuries—the restorative and life-enhancing power of the breath.
What is Soul Breathing?
SOUL BREATHING™ is a connected, diaphragmatic, breathing process that generates profound physical, emotional & mental self-healing & deepens your connection with Spirit. It is at the cutting edge of breathwork.
When you become consciously aware of your breath and use your diaphragm correctly, it changes old, ineffective patterns of breathing and becomes a tool that can help reduce stress, heighten self-awareness and heal emotional wounds.
The Soul Breathing™ process is supported by body mapping, affirmations, movement, tuning forks, and additional sound therapy techniques for body-mind-soul integration.
As you begin to master your breath, old patterns of guilt, anger, worry, and unworthiness, can easily be released. New patterns of confidence, trust, clarity, and self-acceptance will start to flow in, allowing you to permanently hold a higher level of vibration. Raising your vibration is the key to change, and unlocks the door to infinite possibilities. As you vibrate from a higher place, you will gain a new perspective. You will start to attract more of what you want in your life and find more balance, abundance, peace, and joy in your everyday living.

What to expect in a Soul Breathing session?
In a Soul Breathing session, you will lie down fully clothed on a yoga mat, or sit in a chair. I will help you get comfortable and position your body in a way that supports your unique breath pattern. I will show you how to breathe optimally and explain the Soul Breathing™ technique. As I guide your breath, I will help you find its natural rhythm. I will support you with coaching, body mapping, movement, affirmations, visualizations, tuning forks, and other sound healing techniques for body-mind-spirit integration. I will hold the space needed for your transformation, allowing you to experience the many gifts that your breath has to offer. After your session, I will answer your questions as you share your experience. I will give you the tools needed so you can start to do this on your own…and with a little bit of practice, you will soon be able to give yourself a self-session. Three to six sessions are recommended for maximum benefit, although you will have lasting benefits from just one session.
